"Horrible, have know Idea what’s going on. Just a disabled senior trying to get my insurance down to fit in a my budget since January because strictly living on Social Security. I’ve used State Farm for 38 years and never, never have I ever had this bad experience State Farm. I guess you have to have a working income . Because they don’t want to help seniors on Social Security budget. Went to the office in January to work to get a budget friendly price and spoke and dealt with The office manager. She was so helpful . Got a basic affordable payment after cutting back some $ a little on each protection for the other driver and me and of course full coverage. $20 is 20 and I was tickeled and happy. Then I called her to check about what time I should be a run about estimate in the mail. They told me she was no longer there. I was ticked. Went back this time and I was Crump and everything turned to the worst. After all the calculations before in January of sacrificing some $ amounts for a lower statement. It used to be 1676.00 a year but it was paid every 6 months on time of 879.43 , 147 and some change. It went up to 149.68 a month I was ticked! This is after I had that comfortable $20 less in January. Then I said what the Insurance go up again when he said yes! It would have been 152 and some change. So he was nice enough to send me a AARP link for a Senior Safety Driving Test and finished it and took to the office. Still don’t have a bill nor has my Certificate been applied to my claim for my discount. So still not answer ? She told me to pay what I think it would be , excuse me? That’s what I was thinking. My honesty Will probably haunt me for the worse from them . Have a great day"
